How it Works

Modern life (phones, Wi-Fi, long days, pollution) puts extra wear and tear on your cells. EMF Protect stacks proven helpers that cover different jobs: vitamin C + E team up to protect both the watery and oily parts of your cells; magnesium helps keep your system calm and steady; resveratrol (shown helpful in EMF-exposed workers) adds strong plant defense; taurine and CoQ10 support your cells’ “batteries” (mitochondria); B3 (niacinamide) helps daily repair; and bee propolis brings natural protective compounds. The amounts are right in the sweet spot—high enough to matter, gentle enough for daily use, and based on what research supports. We left out things that sedate you (like melatonin), hype you up (stimulants), or can throw off mineral balance, so the formula stays clean and focused. In short: a balanced, everyday shield to help your body handle EMF, stress, and pollution.

About EMF Protect

What does EMF Protect actually do?

EMF Protect is designed to support the body’s natural defenses in today’s tech-heavy environment. It includes ingredients known to support cellular health, antioxidant activity, and a calm nervous system — all important when facing modern stressors like wireless radiation.

What is in it and why?

Each ingredient is chosen with intention:
• Magnesium to help maintain nervous system function
• Resveratrol and Vitamin E to support healthy cell membranes
• Vitamin C and Propolis to promote antioxidant activity
No fillers. No fluff. Just real ingredients with real benefits.

Is this just a multivitamin with better marketing?

No. Multivitamins are designed for general coverage. EMF Protect is focused. It’s built to support the exact systems that may be challenged by living in a high-exposure world. We made this because no other product like it exists.

Will I feel anything?

Some people report better sleep, clearer thinking, or a calmer mood. Others may not feel a big difference right away — and that’s okay. Like hydration or sunlight, the benefits often work in the background to support your long-term well-being.

Orders, Shipping and Use

How do I take it?

Mix one scoop into water. The formula has a light, fruity taste, sweetened naturally with stevia and real extracts. For best absorption, take it with food, since it contains fat-soluble vitamins like Vitamin E.

Do I need to take it every day?

Do I need to take it every day
You can, but it is not required. EMF Protect was formulated for regular use, especially during times of higher exposure, like when you’re in cities, office buildings, airplanes, near WiFi routers, or around smart devices. If you’re spending time in a low-EMF environment, you may choose to take it less often. Many customers find a rhythm that fits their lifestyle.

When will my order ship?

We ship within one to two business days. You will get tracking as soon as it goes out.

What if I want to cancel or return it

No stress. Just email us within 30 days and we will make it right. Your trust is more important than one order.

The Science

Is there actual research behind this?

Yes. While no supplement can block EMFs, the ingredients in EMF Protect are backed by science showing they help reduce the types of biological stress EMFs create. That includes oxidative stress, calcium channel activation, and mitochondrial damage.

Why has my doctor never mentioned this?

Most conventional doctors are not trained in environmental stressors like EMFs. It is not part of standard medical education. But there are hundreds of forward-thinking scientists, health coaches, and functional medicine practitioners who are paying attention to this. We are just making the information easier to act on.

How is WAVE Health different from other EMF wellness brands?

We do not sell fear. We offer real tools. No stickers. No magic devices. Just ingredients backed by science that support your body in the real world. We care more about integrity than hype.

  • Vitamin C — 1,000 mg

What it does: Front-line antioxidant; helps vitamin E “recharge”; supports DNA & membrane protection.

        •    Cells: Nicotinamide enhanced repair of oxidative DNA lesions in human skin cells. PMID: 23349012
        •    Anti-inflammatory: Dose-dependent cytokine calming (IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α) in human whole blood. PMID: 12519385

Why 25 mg? A daily support level for NAD/repair pathways without the flushing or high-dose tradeoffs of niacin.

  • Magnesium (glycinate, citrate, taurinate, malate) — 300 mg

What it does: A “calm & steady” mineral; supports antioxidant enzymes and mitochondrial function. Some researchers propose EMFs can act via calcium-channel (VGCC) over-activation—magnesium can help stabilize this.
        •    Mechanism review: EMF → VGCC activation hypothesis; Mg²⁺ acts as a natural gatekeeper. PMCID: PMC3780531
        •    Human meta-analysis: Mg supplements reduced CRP (inflammation marker) and increased NO. (PMID: 35277037)
        •    Diet studies: Higher magnesium intake linked to lower inflammation/endothelial dysfunction. PMID: 19903755

Why 300 mg? Near a full-day repletion dose from well-tolerated chelates—good daily baseline support.

  • Taurine — 500 mg

What it does: A gentle amino sulfonic acid that stabilizes mitochondria, buffers calcium, and quiets oxidative stress.

  • Bee Propolis Extract (5:1) — 200 mg

What it does: A concentrated bee resin rich in polyphenols (esp. CAPE). It quells inflammation (NF-κB) and boosts antioxidant defenses.
        •    Mechanism: CAPE is a specific NF-κB inhibitor (classic paper). PMID: 8799159 (PNAS)
        •    Human/animal oxidative stress: Propolis increased SOD/GPx/CAT and lowered MDA in vivo. PMID: 17113741 ; PMCID: PMC6429100
        •    Reviews: Broad antioxidant/anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory actions. PMID: 20970490; PMCID: PMC8156449

Why 200 mg (5:1)? A standardized, non-sedating plant defense dose that layers with resveratrol without stimulant/sedative effects.

  • Coenzyme Q10 (Ubiquinone) — 100 mg

What it does: A core part of your cells’ energy engine (mitochondria) and a membrane antioxidant that helps limit lipid peroxidation.
        •    Human RCT (CAD): CoQ10 reduced oxidative stress and raised antioxidant enzymes. PMID: 21996047; Open-access summary: here.
        •    Systematic review/meta-analysis: CoQ10 attenuates oxidative stress in humans. PMCID: PMC9311997 (2022); Review (2020):

Why 100 mg? Solid daily support dose; stacks with taurine/resveratrol for mitochondria-first resilience.

  • Why we didn’t add other “usual suspects”

We intentionally left out sedatives (e.g., melatonin), stimulants, and high-dose single minerals (like large zinc or selenium) that can unbalance daily use. Instead, the stack focuses on a balanced network: fast & slow antioxidants, membrane + mitochondrial protection, inflammation control, and repair support—without making you wired or drowsy.
