I used to take most of these ingredients individually so the ease of this being all-in-one is great and helps me to actually get everything in daily.

Stress defense is perfect for me and for what I was searching for in a supplement. My doctor suggested magnesium and vitamin C and I was already taking quite a few of the other ingredients so this makes it easier for me to take eveything together.
